Weatherization: Some of the services covered under this would be air conditioners, space heaters, storm windows, weather stripping/caulking, wood stoves, wood etc. The elder needs to submit an application for this type of assistance and provide proof of ownership of home. The elder must reside in the home that needs weatherization. The amount of assistance is limited to $1000.00 per household, not per elder.
