GENERAL DESCRIPTION

UUnder the direct supervision of Department Supervisor, incumbent shall be responsible for protecting the assets of the Feather Warrior Casino by detecting, documenting and reporting violations of law, policy and procedure. Incumbent will comply with all policies and procedures of the casino as well as the personnel policies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for operation of all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to DVR’s, monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and cameras.
  • Responsible for providing surveillance, monitoring, and recording of all areas within the casino.
  • Records any irregular gaming activity.
  • Ensure that all communication by the Surveillance Department, whether written or verbal, must be handled in a confidential and sensitive manner.
  • Incumbent must perform assigned duties in highly interruptive conditions and constant time pressures and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintains all equipment and repairs.
  • Ensures compliance with the internal control system.
  • Incumbent must wear uniform prescribed by management and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Incumbent will arrive, ready to work as scheduled.
  • Must be able to work evenings/nights, weekends and Holidays and must be able to fill in for other observers as needed.
  • Incumbent also understand that unexpected business circumstances could alter the shift schedule as well as add additional unforeseen duties.
  • Any other miscellaneous duties, as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to write reports.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on all department matters.
  • Must conduct oneself in a professional and efficient manner during interaction with people.
  • Be able to perform duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
  • High School Graduate or GED Certification.
  • Current Oklahoma Driver’s License and dependable transportation.

REQUIREMENTS

Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Gaming License.

  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening test.
  • Indian Preference.
