POSITION: Project Compliance Analyst
LOCATION: Economic Development, Concho , OK

DESCRIPTION: Under the general supervision of the
Executive Director, Economic Development Department, incumbent serves as
Project Compliance Analyst. Duties consist of providing over view of each
project to determine compliance with project initiatives, timelines for start
and completion of each phase such as to planning, start-up, environmentals
and/or surveys as indicated, infrastructure (utilities), materials management,
site development, rights of way and/or easements where appropriate, determining
completion date of construction, etc. Works with each Project Construction
Coordinator, monitoring projects, determining and/or assessing progress and or
indentify development delays.
· Reviews
with each Project Construction Coordinator contract documents, making progress
(written) reports, recommending changes (change orders) as indicated.
· Monitors
with Economic Developments Financial Analyst, cost per project and/or
recommending changes indicated.
· On
site review of projects are made weekly, or as often as needed per project/
· Schedules
on site reviews, close out final inspections, etc. involving all parties
involved with project.
· Incumbent
must be familiar with tribal lands and tribal projects.
· Must
be familiar with Federal, State and Tribal contracts, construction requirements
from initial start-up such as site identification, site development,
environmental requirements, rights of way, easements, ADA building requirements, UBC/IBC codes as
appropriate, and including (construction) project management, etc.
· Must
be computer literate, make project/progress summary reports and
recommendations, make oral and written presentations, etc.
· Must
be able to read and evaluate maps of utilities, site development, construction
documents, etc.
· Work
hours requirements are irregular per project requirements
· Must
travel to project sites, and be on-call for projects in progress.
· Must
be able to make independent judgment per project, keeping Executive Director
informed of all changes, determining alternate processes, etc.
· All
other related job duties as determined by project and Economic Development
Director.
